Chilarai College has also newly built a college auditorium after the name of Chilrai. It is built under Buniyad Scheme of Govt. of Assam. The Chilarai Auditorium has good sitting accommodation for approximately 300 seat capacity with a large beautifully decorated dies. The Chilarai Auditorium is formally inaugurated by Honourable Education Minister of Assam, Sri Ripun Bora on dt. 08/09/06 on the presence of Honourable MLA of Golakganj Assembly Constituency, Sri Abu Taher Bepari. It has fulfilled the long days hope of this institution.

The College has two separate well equipped Men's and Women's Common Room which are to be further upgraded during the current X Plan Period.

Chilarai College is a recognized PG (MA) correspondence centre of Gauhati University, Guwahati. Students can get enrolled for PG programmes in correspondence mode through Chilarai College and the College is likely to become an Examination Centre of the PG Course.

Each department has separate well equipped rooms for Major classes furnished with white board, hand out stands, audio-visual components and facilities for modern teaching aid utilization along with Department Cabins for better communication and contact with teachers.
