The college has constituted various committees for the proper management of different jobs. An overview of the committees is mentioned below along with the constitution and designation.
 

Admission Committee

Responsibilities

The Committee abides by the guidelines of the University and the Council. The Committee prepares a selection list of the applicants on the basis of merit & verifies the applicants' testimonials and their result in the official result book. It also determines the cut off marks for admission into various classes.

Examination Committee

The Committee conducts various Examinations, prepares a tentative budget & makes security arrangement for smooth conduct of the Examinations. It also prepares a report of evaluation and assessment of the already conducted examinations.

Library Advisory Coucil (LAC)

Responsibilities

Designation

The Committee will continuously monitor overall library environment & will make a policy statement for development of the College. It will take all necessary steps for immediate computerization of the library & make key decisions about library purchases.

Research Committee

Responsibilities

The Committee will to arrange funds and utilities from different sources. It will coordinate with CESR & will organize seminars, symposia etc. It will publish a research journal and news letter and will prepare and submit research project proposals to different agencies.

Academic Council (AC)

Responsibilities

The Committee will work as a coordinator among various committees. It will constantly monitor overall developmental progress of the College and will prepare a general development policy for each year. NAAC will be one of the prime areas of focus of this Committee.

Public Relations Committee (PRC)

Responsibilities

The Committee will be responsible for making press statements, news flashing, advertisement & publicity jobs, coordination with different institutions and guardians. It will form a special information cell to inform about the college, prepare information data of the college and will also provide information services to students for career development.

Planning Board Committee (PBC)

Responsibilities

The Committee deals with matter relating to getting grants from UGC & utilizing the fund. It prepares proposals for infrastructure development and for modernization of library of the college as per UGC guidelines & also conducts UGC sponsored seminars in the college.
